Description

Calculus 3 is considered by most to be a very difficult course to master. Most topics are challenging because almost all of the problems are 3-dimensional in nature. It takes time for students to master how to visualize the problems in order to solve them. This series teaches by example and students will gain practice immediately with the visualization and problem solving techniques taught. The Calculus 3 Tutor is a complete 28 lesson series covering all of the core topics in detail. What sets this series apart from other teaching tools is that the concepts are taught entirely through step-by-step example problems of increasing difficulty. It works by introducing each new concept in an easy to understand way and using example problems that are worked out step-by-step and line-by-line to completion. If a student has a problem with coursework or homework, simply find a similar problem fully worked on in the series and review for the steps needed to solve the problem. Students will be able to work problems with ease, improve their problem-solving skills and understand the underlying concepts of Calculus.Covers the important topic of Double Integrals with Polar Coordinates in Calculus. The entire lesson is taught by working example problems beginning with the easier ones and gradually progressing to the harder problems. Emphasis is placed on giving students confidence in their skills by gradual repetition so that the skills learned in this section are committed to long-term memory.
